Delete account

MileHawk users may request deletion of their account and associated app data.

Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly inside the MileHawk app by going to:

Menu → Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm account deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your MileHawk account.

Data retention

Upon request, MileHawk will delete your app account and associated app data, except for records we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or compliance purposes.
